Purple Smile

Another portrait taken of my photographer mate Nick Dillon. This had an umbrella Speedlite 580 EXII behind with a purple gel and a 430 EX II above shot through an umbrella on 1/8.It was shot on a white background. Cactus v4 wireless triggers were used to get it all going.

a portrait taken of my photographer mate Nick Dillon. The first time I’ve played with multiple strobes, this had an umbrella Speedlite 580 EXII above and right on 1/8 and a Vivitar on 1/2 behind his head, all shot on a white background. Cacutx v4 wireless triggers were used to get it all going.

Water Drops

I’ve been testing the strobist water drop technique with some interesting results. I’m loving the fact I’ve currently got the time to play with these. These were also taken with my new Canon 50D, which i am absolutely loving!
