			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>A while back a fantastic video was published on Scott Kelby&#8217;s blog by Zack Arias, and became something of a phenomenon. I was really amazed by the video and watched it loads, but what is more amzing is chapter 2 of the story.</p>
<p>This post, <a href="http://www.zarias.com/?p=388 ">here</a>, shows the level of impact and amount of feedback Zack got, and shows just how great an online community the global photography world has become: supportive, generous and thoguhtful. I really love reading Zack&#8217;s posts, while not an everyday feed like Scott&#8217;s they are varied and insightful, and frequently very deep.</p>
