A while back a fantastic video was published on Scott Kelby’s blog by Zack Arias, and became something of a phenomenon. I was really amazed by the video and watched it loads, but what is more amzing is chapter 2 of the story.

This post, here, shows the level of impact and amount of feedback Zack got, and shows just how great an online community the global photography world has become: supportive, generous and thoguhtful. I really love reading Zack’s posts, while not an everyday feed like Scott’s they are varied and insightful, and frequently very deep.

New Lens

Just received my new EFS 17-85mm F/4-5.6 IS USM lens. It’s a 67mm lens so hopefully the light should be good, I’m going to have to make sure I get some shots off on the weekend.
My latest effort of a portrait, fo my good friends Joanna & Alex, taken at New Years.

Colour me impressed

Just a quick update to say the MOO cards turned up, very quick delivery and I’m very impressed with the quality. The package was delivered in a very professional box and the cards are first rate. Colours were good, not perfect but I don’t have a colour profile for MOO yet, and the printing was sharp and clean.

Basically, moo seem to have it licked!

Well, I’m up and running on professional hosting now. There isn’t a major purpose behind this blog, I’m looking to get some of my photography out there, record what i think is cool in the world of design and photography.

Give me a chance while I get started, and hopefully this will get better with time.

Crazy Snow

Wow… that’s a lot of snow for one night. As a friend of mine said there may not be this much snow again in London for years, so I ventured out and got a couple of shots. There is a new Flickr set with four of them and my current favourite is below.

I also just took deliveryup 100 MOO min-cards to keep my personal details on, in this climate you never know who m ight not be at work tomorrow. I have to say MOO keep exceding expectations.
